Mrs. Fatemeh Dehghani brings over two decades of experience in healthcare and international business environments. Holding an Associate of Science degree in Nursing, she has served as a nurse and educational supervisor at Behafarian Medical Clinic since 2001, alongside her role as a postoperative nurse. 

As the CEO of Maximon Med Corporation, Mrs. Dehghani will guide the Company’s mission, develop strategic policies, and ensure compliance with Canadian regulations. With her strong interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail, she will oversee employee recruitment, financial planning, and business expansion efforts. Her extensive network and leadership expertise position Maximon for sustained success. 

With a career spanning clinical psychology, midwifery, and education, Mrs. Shiva Koohikamali is a performance-driven leader with a diverse background. She holds a Doctor of Psychology degree in Clinical Psychology and has 19 years of teaching experience in midwifery. 

As Deputy CEO, Mrs. Koohikamali will collaborate with Mrs. Dehghani to oversee the Company’s strategic direction and operational excellence. She will establish cohesive management practices, support the development of strategic plans, and contribute to building a robust corporate culture aligned with Maximon’s objectives.

Sales and Marketing Manager 

An expert in sales and marketing, Mrs. Firoozeh Foroughian excels at optimizing operations and leading cross-functional teams to achieve superior performance. She is adept at identifying market trends and designing strategies that align with Maximon’s growth objectives. 

As Sales and Marketing Manager, Mrs. Foroughian will spearhead the development of national sales programs, forecast market trends, and lead the Company’s PR and marketing campaigns. Her leadership ensures that Maximon’s brand remains at the forefront of the telehealth industry.
